    Job responsibilities
    1、In charge of market development、establishment and sales channel maintenance.
    2、Complete the sales aims and targets set by company ,firmly carry out and complete the relevant channel development and sales work.
    3、 Expand the designer channel, achieve long-term cooperation intention with the design company and serve the target customer, complete the sales task smoothly.
    4、Expand the real estate channels, establish a good relations ,plan and organize the corresponding high-end business activities.
    5、According to the good circulation of the corresponding contact, quotation and negotiation, and signed a sales contract in accordance with the regulations, do the documents filing, for pre-sale, sale to customers in full service and customer service tracking service
    6、Actively cooperate with superiors to carry out good work, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors

    Job requirements
    1、2 years sales experience in high-end household or luxury goods industry, rich channel, customer resource and customer relationship.
    2、With strong business development, marketing capabilities and development capabilities .
    3, Quick thinking, clear rules, with certain insight, clear enunciation, a good communication and expression ability and strong negotiation ability .
    4 、Ability of market analysis, marketing and promotion,a good interpersonal communication and coordination ability and a strong ability to analyze and solve problems .
    5、Rich cooperation and team spirit、 positive、self-confident、dedicated and the courage to face the challenging work.
    6、Experience in household, home or high-end consumer products will be a plus.
